When you exist out of Ocean Terminal walk toward the pick up area. Face on you will see a path between lane 1 and 2, you will see our flag at the bottom end. Please wait their and text the same number once you arrive with the following details: 

WAITING - SURNAME - NO OF PASSENGERS -  CRUISE SHIP 

Please text information in exact order & contents. We have 3 vehicles working this terminal. In the unlikely event that you were waiting more than 30 minutes please text STILL WAITING & we will respond back as a matter of urgency.
