how it works

It’s easy to make a booking on our website booking portal. The easiest way is to visit the pricing page, select your cruise ship and date and press book, but you can always just select the dates you require on our home page system. Then fill in your details and make a booking within a couple of minutes and If you become a loyal customer, you can even receive a discount on top of the displayed published prices. We will then send you an email confirmation with instructions on what to do on the day of your cruise holiday. We will also inform you on any schedule and port terminal changes and make sure we keep you updated every step of the way.

We are easy to find as we are right by the docking port, so simply follow our directions that will be supplied in your email confirmation, When you're about 30 minutes away, simply send us a text message to let us know you will be with us soon. Once you arrive, pull up on one of the parking bays at the front of our building and come into the reception area.

- You will be greeted by one of our staff who will check you and your precious car in.
- Our checking process is simple and for your peace of mind that your car is left in good hands, we log your milage and take photos of your vehicle and inspect your car for any existing damage.
- You will then sign our document and car inspection report.
- You will hand over your car keys where a member of our staff will park your car in our indoor secure locked warehouse, where your car will stay for the whole duration of your vacation.

Our process if very quick and simple, but If you have other passengers or children they can wait in our waiting room, whereby they can grab a refreshment drink or watch some tv. Once ready we will provide the free  transfer to right outside your cruise terminal, so minimal walking is required and we will help with your luggage. The drive is very quick as we are right on the docks, so depending on what terminal you are departing from you could only be minutes away. Once your on your cruise ship you can relax and have fun knowing your car is in a safe secure location and not moving!

On the day you arrive back, cruise passengers have a choice on what time to check out of their cruise ship. Your have the choice to leave the ship early or grab some breakfast, what ever time you want to depart we will be ready for you. On the day just give us a call/text to confirm your time you want picking up, we can respond and be with you as quick as 15 minutes, but it’s advisable to give half hour or more. Our driver will then come and collect you at a collection point right at the short stay car park of your cruise terminal near your docking area. You will be taken back to our car park location and your car will be waiting at our collection bays at the front of reception. You will be required to inspect the car and complete a return hand over form, then off you can go.
