A) We provide a free shuttle transfer to your cruise terminal 

On days when cruises are departing, our parking facility is open from 6:30 AM until 4:00 PM. Considering that most cruise ships set sail between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM, we recommend that you arrive at the car park between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM for optimal convenience. However, you're welcome to arrive outside of these recommended times if necessary.

Upon your arrival, please drive directly into one of the front car park bays and proceed to the reception. A friendly staff member will greet you, check your car in, and walk you through the pick-up process. We'll record your mileage, take photographs of your vehicle for documentation, and kindly ask you to leave your keys with us. Your car will then be securely parked in our locked warehouse. Additionally, we offer a complimentary shuttle service to your cruise terminal, which could take as little as 5 minutes depending on the terminal from which you're departing

Upon your return, you have the flexibility to choose when to disembark from your cruise ship. We ask that you provide us with an estimated pickup time in advance. On the day of your return, simply call or text us to confirm your pickup time. We aim to be as responsive as possible, usually arriving within 15 minutes of your call, though we suggest allowing a minimum of 30 minutes. Our driver will meet you at a designated collection point near your docking area.

You will then be transported back to our car park. Upon arrival, your vehicle will be ready for you in our collection bays, located directly in front of the reception area. We request that you inspect your car, complete a return handover form to confirm its condition, and then you're all set to go.


Absolutely not, our transfer services are scheduled to accommodate our customers' needs on demand. Just ensure you give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice, and we will ensure our drivers are prepared to pick you up

Our transfer services are tailored to meet the needs of our customers, and given our location right by the docks, we're never more than a few minutes away. However, there may be times when we are in the process of transporting another group. For this reason, we advise giving us at least a 30-minute notice to ensure we can accommodate you without any delays. Our goal is always to maintain an exceptional level of service

Yes, child seats are available upon request. Please indicate your need for child seats in the 'notes' section of your booking form if you would like us to provide them. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to bring your own child seat. We can ensure its return to your car after use. The choice is entirely yours

Absolutely, accommodating a large quantity of luggage is no issue for us. We understand that some of our customers may be embarking on cruises lasting more than a month! Rest assured, we will assist with both picking up and dropping off your luggage

We apply additional fees for oversized vehicles/small vans that are larger than a car width/length. The price is £3 per day extra when pre-booked or £5 per day extra if you do not pre-book. For vehicles larger such as trailers, campers, and motor homes £5 a day and £10 per day if you do not pre-book. When making a booking, there is an additional add on which you can select for your booking. We do not accept HGV's. 

While we are unable to transport passengers who must remain in their wheelchair during the journey, we strive to meet the needs of disabled passengers through our standard services. This includes handling your luggage to eliminate any physical strain, ensuring drop-offs and pickups are directly outside the terminal for minimal walking, and providing sufficient space for transferring wheelchairs and mobility scooters. If you have any specific requirements beyond what has been mentioned, please inform us in advance. We are committed to doing everything within our power to accommodate your needs.

Yes. We can accommodate large groups of friends and family who wish to travel together. It’s advisable to put in the booking notes linking your bookings together if arriving in different cars and email support@southamptoncruiseparkingservices.co.uk so we can prepare for your arrival all together to make your start of your group cruise go smoothly.
