STEP 1 - HALF HOUR BEFORE YOU DEPART CRUISE SHIP

Please text to 07944 023003 with the following information

LEAVING SHIP IN HALF HOUR - SURNAME - NO OF PASSENGERS - SHIP NAME - CAR REGISTRATION

Please text information in exact order and contents. This allows us to efficiently organize your pickup.

STEP 2 -WALK TO OUR COLLECTION POINT

When you exist out of QE2 Terminal walk toward the pick up area. Face on you will  see a path between lane 1 and 2 and you will see our flag  near the back. Please wait there and text the same number once you arrive with the following details:

WAITING - SURNAME - NO OF PASSENGERS - CRUISE SHIP

Please text the information in exact order & contents. We have 3 vehicles working this terminal. In the unlikely event that you were waiting more than 30 minutes please text STILL WAITING & we will respond back as a matter of urgency. Please try & reframe in calling us unless you feel this is an urgent matter.

STEP 3 - ONCE YOU BEEN PICKED UP

Please text back ‘ON OUR WAY’ (this allows us to identify if anyone has been left behind and get your car ready for collection)
